remove compulsary email from new patient details

somethimes i just want to print a sheet out. a lot of older patients still are email / net savvy.
some patients are wary of spam.
it would be easier not to HAVE to complete email details. It will save me from probably making up a fake address just to fill in the box'

1. Ability to adapt the template to show all messages in another language, not just the description and title of the exercise.
2. Diagnose the condition on the client's side, followed by a schedule for assessing its condition.
3. Make an application for a mobile phone where the client can log in and see his or her plan. But it will contain reminders and other recommendations from the therapist, with links to the website, etc.
