Firstly thanks to everyone for taking the time to report this issue. We should state that this is primarily die to the IE7 browser and it placing a huge drain on the system to load the injury profiles.
Having 1000 new users has highlighted a know problem we have been working on in a bigger way. The results of all of this is means that we are experiencing some speed issues with the connection to Australia and the demand on the system.
We are trying to fix these issues now we can also recommend that the site is best used in Chrome, Safari or Firefox, all of which are infinitely faster to load than IE. We hope to have the issues resolved by reworking things for IE soon
