Did you know that wherever you see a little GRID icon you can click it to reveal a whole lot more about exercise usage combined with suggestions from the community driven data.
The thumbnail GRID gives you a more visual insight into both exercise popularity and their relationships to others in the library. This can identify exercises that you haven't yet noticed or considered as part of your clients rehabilitation plan.
The thumbnail GRID view is also the standard view if you click on the popularity TAB following a search of the library. Try it out now. Search on 'ACL' and then click on the Popularity TAB. You will then see the GRID view of which exercises seem most popular with the community when creating an ACL rehabilitation program.
Grid views are now available in the following three areas: Community Suggestions, Community Favourites (Top 6), Popularity TAB of search results, Linked Exercises and also Injury Types (add an Injury Type to a rehabilitation plan and then click the purple GRID icon next to the Injury title to see more).
Community Favourites & Your Usual Selections view
When creating a new rehabilitation plan profile or loading an existing one you will see the little orange thumbnail GRID icon at the right of the community suggestions box. Clicking on it will open the thumbnail grid view with up to 12 of the most popular exercises relating to the plan you seem to be creating. When making the suggestions the application considers which exercises have already been added to your plan to continually refine the results in the direction you seems to be going. This is based on our RehabBrainⓇ technology.

The thumbnail GRID view will open allowing you to select one or more exercises to add to the rehabilitation plan you are creating.

Community Favourites Top 6 and Thumbnail Grid View
In contrast to the community suggestions, the Community Favourites GRID considers only the injury type if one has been added to your rehabilitation plan. Clicking this icon will present the most common exercises associated with that specific injury, ignoring any exercises already added to your plan. These suggestions often provide new exercise ideas. It ignores anything already added so it also a great way to extend and progress a clients rehabilitation.

Like the community suggestions, triggering this icon will again open up the thumbnail view for the community favourites. If you close it you can open it again using the purple grid icon in the Top 6 area.

Linked Exercises Thumbnail Grid View
The Linked Exercises are groups of exercises that are related to one another. They may be different ways of doing a similar exercise, e.g. a pregnancy version vs. not, they might vary by the use of equipment such as a foam roller or gymball, or they might show a progression of the basic version of an exercise. Using these linked suggestions are also a great way to modify and progress the rehabilitation plan for your client. To access the thumbnail grid view for linked exercises click on the Linked Exercises button if it appears alongside an exercise you have added to your plan. If you close the popup GRID it you can reopen it using the blue grid icon in the blue suggestions area for linked exercises. See below.

Again you can select the items you'd like and add them with a single click to your rehabilitation plan. Note that the Linked Exercises box on the left hand side is ordered A-Z by default. You can also update to show the Average Daily Use of each exercise. The reorder will show you which of those linked exercises are most popular across all exercise plans.

We hope you enjoy using these new features that have been developed to make it even faster for you to develop and progress your clients rehabilitation plan.
