Following a recent user request we've now provided you with an option to change the default name on the emails that are sent from our server to your clients.
By default all Rehab Plans are sent from MyPhysioRehab <injuryprofiles@myphysiorehab.com>. You can now edit that name in your practice profile section to use your own name or practice name e.g. My Physio Practice <injuryprofiles@myphysiorehab.com>.
You can also edit the <ReplyTo> address. To minimise Rehab Plans ending up in spam folders we have to send emails from the address that matches the server they are sent from i.e. MyPhysioRehab. However if a client/patient replies to one of those we have set the <ReplyTo> email to be either that of your practice OR the specific therapists email associated with that patient.
Not all email clients allow a different <ReplyTo> but take a look in your practice profile to see it is set the way you'd like it.
BCC a copy of your Injury Profiles
Another great user idea was to enable a BCC of all Rehab Plans to an email of choice. This provides another backup source for what you have sent that is controlled by you. It also gives you confidence that the email was sent to the client as you will also see the copy of that email and how it looked.
You can set a BCC email in your user profile section (see below).
